White House Ornaments
We are honored to have two of our members whose hand-painted ornaments were chosen for display on the White House Christmas tree. Both received an invitation from Mrs Laura Bush to join her at a White House reception on December 1, 2004.

Gloria Falk's Ornament

As we entered the rooms upstairs we were greeted by a young gentleman playing a grand piano. This room was decorated like a Winter wonderland.

One of the many rooms - the Vermeil Room which a picture of Lady Bird Johnson hung over the fireplace. The yuletide greenery that was placed over the top of the mantle had shiny gold trumpets, French Horns reflecting ambers of gold with berries and balls.
